Terms and Conditions
Billing
- Rides will be billed to the Customer immediately upon completion.
- Credit cards will be billed based upon Customer authorization.
- All out of pocket charges, including tolls, parking, additional stops, waiting time and service charges will be added to Customer's bill.
- A gratuity of 15% of the base Fare will be included in Customer's bill. ( FLAT RATES DO NOT APPLY)
Fare Rates
- Fare Rates are quoted to Customer on a point to point basis. Hourly or mileage rates are also available.
Additional Charges
The following shall apply unless otherwise quoted or negotiated.
- Waiting time
Customer will be charged for waiting time at 15 minute intervals after the applicable grace period:
- Airport
Domestic flight 1 hour
International flight 2 hours
All other rides 15 minutes
- Extra Stops
Customer will be charged for extra stops:
- Cancellations
Customer will be charged the full Fare, out of pocket costs, gratuity for reservations cancelled as follows:
* Vehicle on location per scheduled pick up (or 15 minutes earlier);
* 2 hours or less from scheduled pick up and car on route.
Customer will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $100 + 15% gratuity for reservations cancelled as follows:
* 2 hours or less from scheduled pick up and car not on route.
- No Shows
Customer will be charged the full Fare, out of pocket costs, gratuity for failure to show up within the grace period of the scheduled pick up time. Customers must notify us within 15 minutes of being unable to locate their driver at the scheduled pick up time.
- Hourly Fares
Customer may elect an hourly rate for rides other than point to point. Customers will be charged an hourly rate of $60 for sedans, $100 for stretches and SUVs, portal to portal with a 3 hour minimum charge. Mileage rate alternatives and hourly rates for specialty vehicles will be quoted at the time of reservation. In addition to the hourly rates, Customer will pay all out of pocket charges, 15% gratuity of base Fare.
- Extras
Customer will be charged the following where applicable:
- Sedan $25, Stretch and SUV $30.
* Holiday Fee for New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
